Stone Coast relies on Sun and IBM RAID servers housed at two secure, carrier-class, fault-tolerant, SAS-70ed data centers. Both sites lie outside of major earthquake and disaster zones, and feature redundant power supplies, environmental controls and state-of-the-art physical security. Systems are monitored and supported on a 24x7x365 basis by certified experts in UNIX, networking, database, storage and Sun hardware. Expected up-time for Stone Coast’s Advent network environment exceeds 99.98%.
