Staff
Our Foundation: Quality and Continuity
Service quality depends most fundamentally on staff quality and continuity - factors that dramatically differentiate Stone Coast from other administrators. Our team averages more than ten years of industry experience, with the overwhelming majority bringing officer or managerial backgrounds from other administrators. Our turnover rate also makes us an outlier. Now in our fourth year, Stone Coast has had zero staff turnover since inception.
